    Asking us questions

    If you have any doubt or questions about a lesson, let us know! We’re here to help.

    You can send us questions and feedback using your favorite channel among those three:

    1. On Mavenseed, directly under the corresponding lesson. This is the preferred method to ask questions as they stay attached to the corresponding lesson, benefiting every other student.
    2. On our Discord server where you can ping @gdquest to notify me (Nathan) directly.
    3. Via email, using our contact form.

    We do our best to reply promptly, but please allow up to four business days for the answer. We’re a small team, with only one person working full-time.

    Also, while we do our best to release complete and peer-reviewed tutorials, you may stumble upon a bug or a typo. When that happens, we’d be really thankful if you could let us know! You can use the channels above.

    Constructive critiques are also always welcome. We’re always looking for ways to improve our courses.

    Asking a question on the website

    To ask a question on the website:

    1. Scroll down to the bottom of a lesson. You can press the End key on your keyboard to do so.
    2. You’ll see a form named “Ask a Question.”
    3. Fill the Title and Content.
    4. Click the Submit Question button.

    You can do this on every lesson; the question will appear both in the Community tab and on the lesson’s page.
