it has been a while since I have worked on the course. I wanted to start over. is there a quick way to mark everything as not completed/reset the progress for a course?

As far as I know, there is no way to fully reset your progress on a given course on this platform. Not even on our end as we don't have access to the database. This is in part why we are working on our own course platform, to which we will migrate by the end of the year.
Note that your account will automatically be transferred.
