does this course requires completing the gdscript learning app's course first or I can follow this course and do the app's pratices as they come in this course?

You should complete the app first, as the rest of the course will build upon it. You can think of the app as being a whole chapter of the course, it's just that we can't integrate it directly into this website as we'd like.
