Each time I try to see this video it stops automatically at 3 seconds. It seems that the player doesn't upload all the data.

You're the first person to report such an issue. Could you please try again at a different time, and possibly from a different web browser, and tell me if it helps?

It also happens to me using Firefox, the video stops exactly at 3 seconds mark but if you choose any Quality manually it continues (Chromium seems to be fine)

I am using Firefox on Ubuntu and I am not facing any problem.
